How do I apply a discount code to my order?
We regularly offer promotional discounts, which can include anything from monetary discounts to free gifts with purchases. Some are automatically applied to the item, such as sales and outlet shopping, others may require you to enter a code. Please be aware you can only apply one discount/promotion per order.
To use a discount code on your order first add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your bag and in the checkout view please enter your discount code in the "Discounts" text field provided and then click "Apply".
Has my discount code been applied to my order?
To double check your discount code has been applied to your order please check your order confirmation, which is sent to the email you used to checkout, and see if your discount code is listed next to "discounts".
Do you have a size chart?
We do. Please refer to our Size Guide page. If, after reviewing the chart you are still uncertain about what size to order, you could always contact our support; we are here to help!
Can baby booties be worn outside?
Designed to be worn at home, nursery style places and in the stroller for non-walking babies.

When to wear baby booties?
Babies up to 3 years old should wear baby booties, including newborn babies, in order to protect them while allowing their feet to develop naturally.
What are the soles of baby booties like?
The soles of the booties are designed as special non-slip soles. Thanks to the soft base, your little one's feet will comfortably develop.
Do you use organic cotton in your products?
Yes, all our products have %100 cotton inner linings which is great for sensitive skins of babies.
How to wash baby booties?
Your product will retain its quality if it is machine washed in 30 degrees cold water, turned inside out with non-shedding clothes and not thrown into the dryer.

What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal or Amazon Pay.
How do I change or cancel an order?
An order may be modified or cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact us to inquire whether it is still possible to change or cancel your order.
What countries do you ship to?
Shipping is available anywhere in the United States. We're unable to ship to other countries at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order through Order Tracking page, using your tracking number or order ID & contact info.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused merchandise up to 14 days from the date your order was shipped. More information on our return policy and instructions for returns and exchanges can be found on our Refund Policy page.
